Mailman uses setgid wrappers and a driver script, which is somewhat
more complicated and unneeded here.

Effectively reverting a change of kissg, who turned nmz_wrapper.cgi
into a "library" to use via the Mailman CGI driver script.

This is what Mailman uses in its original templates.

In the correct language and without trailing spaces.
